Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception, and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refund Policy
Please note that all sales are final. If for some reason your item comes to you broken or appears to be faulty within the first 17 days of purchase, please email us at hallowriverbazaar@gmail.com with a copy of your receipt and a picture of the broken or damaged item, and upon inspection, if it appears to be due to shipping or a fault with the product, we will issue you a full refund. If you have any questions about a purchase, please send us an email. In certain cases, we may ask you to return the item in exchange for a refund or store credit.
Returns
In the event we ask you to return an item, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
